Do I need to be fit before I start?
Not at all. Most of our clients are returning to exercise after a break, starting later in life, or feeling less active than they used to. We meet you where you are and build from there, at a pace that feels right for you.
I haven’t exercised in years. Will I be able to keep up?
Yes. Sessions are tailored to your ability, fitness level, and any limitations you may have. There is no pressure to perform or keep up with anyone else. Progress is gradual, supportive, and realistic.
How often would I need to train?
This depends on your goals, lifestyle, and availability. Many clients train once or twice a week and build movement into their routine between sessions. We help you find a level that is realistic and sustainable.
Where do sessions take place?
Sessions can take place at your home, in local parks, outdoor spaces, or in a studio. We operate across the Borough of Harrow and surrounding areas.
Can you help with weight loss and weight management?
Yes. We support clients with weight loss and long-term weight management through structured exercise, strength training, and lifestyle support. Our focus is on sustainable habits that help you feel better, stronger, and healthier rather than quick fixes.
I’ve used GLP-1 medication for weight loss. Can you help afterwards?
Yes. If you’ve been on a GLP-1 weight loss journey, such as Ozempic or Wegovy, and have been medically cleared to exercise, we offer post GLP-1 conditioning focused on rebuilding strength, muscle, and functional fitness.
